Getting Started

If you are a new patient, follow these steps to access your records

After completing your exam, you will receive an email from Clearpath

Follow the instructions within the email to create a new account or login if you are an existing Clearpath user.

Once your account is created, you can view your results & images

Depending on the type of exam, results can take between 48 to 72 hours to process and show up in your account.

Medical Records

How do I request my records through Clearpath?
Records can be requested via the Request Records tab. Please refer to page 10, Requesting Images and Reports in this Patient User Guide.
What is the turnaround time to receive my images once requested?
Turnaround time can depend on the type of exam but typically take between 48 to 72 hours. If you have any questions regarding timeframes, please reach out to the facility where your exam was performed.
Why weren’t my records released immediately?
Records take time to process, if requested via Clearpath, Advanced Diagnostic Group must confirm identity before releasing. Please see turnaround time above for further details.
How do I access my images?
Images can be accessed under the My Records tab. Please refer to page 5, How to View Images in this Patient User Guide.
How do I access the reports?
Reports can be accessed under the My Records tab. Please refer to page 6, How to View Reports in this Patient User Guide.
How do I share my images with my provider?
There are two ways to share images with your provider. You can either e-mail your images or print out an Access Form and hand it to your provider. Please refer to pages 8-9 in this Patient User Guide.
